No, Shipping to world wide for all products is FREE. Generally Shipping duration for USA, Canada, EU, UK and Australia business days may range from 8 to 14 days. Please see detail shipping time & duration for your countries here.

How ever if you need your order sooner than normal, let us know in advance and will arrange special fast shipping with DHL though there will be an extra cost.

In general Shipping duration for each territory as follows.

Shipping to UK – around 7 to 10 Business days
Shipping to USA & Canada – around 10 to 14 business days
All EU countries – around 8 to 12 business days
Australia / New Zealand – around 10 to 14 business days
Middle East – around 7 to 12 business days
Important : Due to COVID-19 case many commercial flights to above mention countries have been limited temporary. Therefore Your orders might get a little bit delayed to get your addresses. Just in case if you do not receive your order before above mentioned duration, please contact us with your name and shipping address with order ID (Order ID can be found in your email order confirmation mail).

Upon placing the order with complete payment, we start processing. We start checking the condition of the product(s) and wrap with bubble wrapping and put in a safe envelop and hand order to shipping carrier, which is Sri Lanka Post.

After dispatching your order we will send you an confirmation email letting you know it is on the way to your shipping address. If the tracking code is available we will let you know by email.

Yes, When you place the order successfully , you will receive an receipt/ invoice shortly to your email address which you use during check out.
The invoice will include the Order ID for that transaction. This is important for future reference .

If your order is late than usual or have not got at all, kindly let us know . We will try to find out the current location of your order or any issue if any.

Kindly note all parcels may be delayed due to flights limitations to destination countries. How ever we will assist you on any matter that may occur.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When you make the payment with Paypal or Credit card, the amount will be deducted from your account immediately and that allows us to process your order. and You will get a receipt for it . In bank statement your transaction will be mentioned as store name Ceylon tea Brew .

You can surf though all product categories and mark your interesting product(s). All marked items will go to your Wishlist page. Later you can check in your Wishlist and push them to shipping cart and check out to buy.

You can later decide whether you are going to buy or not or remove from wishlist.

Immediately let us know with photos. Do not open if damaged.
1 .If the order seems damaged , you have right to inquire your local parcel carrier officer as well . Generally when we dispatch your order, we take photos of it and send you with order dispatched confirmation email. So There may be chance your order might get damaged by local carrier. How ever we will work to provide you fair solution .
2. If you received wrong product, we let us know with photos and will correct the problem in your favor.

If you need to cancel your order already place, please let us know within 6 hours or sooner than that if possible. So that we would refund your full amount right away.

But if you cancel the order after we already dispatch your order, you will have to wait until the package to arrive to your address. Then you have to send it back to us and request for a refund. Please note once we dispatch the order, we can not cancel the order.

Once we dispatch the order , we get a tracking code. You will have to use this code on track order page to see status of your order.
